Our state-of-the-art facilities include all of the latest world class Technogym equipment with built in televisions and Ipod docks, to enable you to watch and listen to what YOU want when YOU want, cardio and resistance trainers, Kinesis and free weights.
We also offer free ‘Bragging Rights’ as part of your gym membership and your Wellness package, you can review your training sessions online, at home or work and show off to all you friends about the miles you are racking up and the new goals you are achieving, by going on our dedicated members website which will show all you training sessions online any time of the day or night.
