How does it work?
Kinesis’ unique cable and pulley design demands total body movement, so several groups of muscles function simultaneously in one fluid motion. Similar to the principles of Tai Chi, first you visualise the desired movement in your mind, and then you actualise it physically, repeating and refining the process by adding resistance.
