When you join the ‘Ambleside Salutation Health Club and Spa’ you will receive your 'Wellness Key' which will un lock all the benefits of this premier club, your unique key will be your access to the Leisure Club acting as your membership card, your locker key and will even enable you to check yourself into the Gym which will detail your pre-loaded training schedule and tell you what equipment to start on.
Simply plug your key into the Machine’s and it will do the rest by setting the time and intensity of each exercise, all you have to do is concentrate on getting fit.

Wellness Key Features:
- Your Wellness Key will log all your training results and downloads them to the club’s central computer, so that you can access all your training over the Internet at home or at work.
- The equipment automatically starts at the correct setting
- Guides you through each exercise throughout your training session

- Integrated with the entrance to the Leisure Club and Gym, acts as your locker key, no need to fiddle around for a £1 coin, just swipe your key over a free locker to activate the lock.
